Influencer Recruitment VA Needed

I'm seeking a virtual assistant to help recruit digital creators and influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to potential influencers on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Evaluate influencers based on number of followers and engagement rates.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with influencer recruitment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok analytics.
- Organized and efficient in managing outreach campaigns.
Job Description:
We are a fast-growing digital talent and creator management agency. We're currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us find and recruit new content creators and influencers through strategic outreach efforts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, and others.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify up-and-coming or high-potential creators that match our agency’s criteria
Perform direct outreach via DMs, comments, or email to engage creators
Follow provided scripts and adapt messaging based on response rates
Track and manage outreach activity using Google Sheets or CRM tools
Set appointments or forward interested leads to the agency team
Engage in relevant communities and forums to generate awareness and leads
Provide regular status updates and performance summaries
Requirements:
✅ Strong written English and excellent communication skills
✅ Experience with outreach, lead generation, or creator/influencer recruitment
✅ Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, and similar platforms
✅ Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable following structured workflows and adapting as needed
Experience working with influencers, creators, or agencies
Knowledge of social media trends and creator communities
Experience using outreach tools, automation platforms, or CRMs
Work Hours & Compensation:
Part-time to start (with potential for full-time based on performance)
Flexible schedule with daily reporting
