What You Will Do
Your job is to find beauty bloggers in the UAE on Instagram and TikTok. You will message them, explain our offer, and convince them to promote our products. You will track everything in a simple Google Sheet.
We handle shipping, product quality, and customer delivery. You focus only on finding and signing bloggers.
What You Earn
· Weekly base: $8 USD (requires contacting 500 bloggers and one short video call per week)
· Bonus: $25 USD for each blogger who makes 15+ sales
· Commission: 5% of total sales from bloggers you recruit
Example: If you recruit 6 bloggers in a month and each makes 15 sales, you earn around $250-300. Top performers can earn $400-500 or more.
Payment is weekly for the base. Bonuses and commission are paid monthly.
What We Expect From You Each Week
· Find 500 UAE beauty bloggers (look for 1,000 to 20,000 followers)
· Send them messages offering free product + 15% commission
· Track all bloggers you contact in a Google Sheet
· Follow up with people who do not reply
· Sign 3-5 new bloggers per week
· Join one 15-minute video call with us

Who Can Apply
You need:
· Good English (written and spoken) – you will talk to UAE bloggers
· Experience sending messages on Instagram
· Self-motivated – no one will watch you work
· Comfortable earning mostly from commissions, not a high base salary
· Access to Google Sheets
If you know about beauty or skincare, that helps but is not required.
