Influencer Manager (Turkish Market) – Remote, Flexible Hours
We are a growing company sourcing and exporting products from China, currently expanding into the Turkish market. To support this growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Influencer Manager who understands the local landscape and can build strong collaborations with Turkish bloggers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and building partnerships with micro-influencers in Turkey, particularly in the beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, and electronics niches. Your main goal is to turn outreach into real collaborations and signed deals.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent or native-level Turkish and at least B2 level English
- Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, and electronics trends in the Turkish market
- Outgoing, proactive, and confident communicator
- Comfortable with sales, negotiation, and closing deals with influencers
- Organized and able to track progress consistently (Excel or similar tools)
Responsibilities
- Reach out to micro-influencers (3,000–20,000 followers) in relevant niches
- Build relationships and present collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with bloggers
- Maintain a clear and structured outreach report (Excel)
- Participate in a short weekly strategy call (30 minutes)
Work Structure
- Flexible working hours
- Weekly commitment:
- ~5 hours outreach and reporting
- 30-minute strategy call
Trial Month Expectations (KPI)
- Contact ~2000 micro-bloggers per month (~500 per week)
- Secure at least 6 deals with bloggers
A “deal” means:
- Blogger purchases our products (minimum value: 1000 yuan / ~6500 TL)
- Covers shipping costs
- Pays an agreed commission (shared with you)
Compensation
- 7,100 – 13,000 TL for the trial month
(combination of base salary + commissions + 5% share from sales)
