Influencer & Affiliate Outreach Manager for Skincare Brand (TikTok Shop + Instagram) -- 2

am looking for a reliable marketing assistant who can help me grow my beauty/skincare brand through consistent influencer outreach, affiliate management, and basic marketing tasks.

This is a 30-day trial project. If results are good, we can continue monthly.

Your responsibilities:

Reach out to TikTok Shop affiliates daily
Reach out to Instagram micro-influencers (beauty, skincare, wellness)
Follow up with creators so they don’t disappear
Track communication in a simple spreadsheet
Help manage and organize UGC content
Help with basic marketing tasks (posting schedule, content ideas, etc.)
Help bring consistent traffic and sales through creators

You MUST have experience with:
TikTok influencers OR TikTok Shop affiliates
Instagram influencer outreach
Managing creator communication
English communication

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience with beauty/skincare brands
• Experience with Shopify
• Understanding of social media marketing

What you will deliver:

• Daily outreach
• Weekly report on progress
• Updated spreadsheet of creators contacted
