With URUE, the influencers/creators will never have to worry about the logistics& fulfillment, and eCommerce setup that can be overwhelming!

URUE is in its early start-up phase, looking for professionals to shape the future together. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Deliverables
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and account relationship
• Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs including MCN and other influencer marketing companies
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Negotiate, define, and draft partnership proposals for clients
• Collaborate with internal customer success team to ensure smooth client conversation and client's life journey
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Must-haves
• In-depth experience and strong connections with influencers, influencer related agencies (Include MCN), and digital marketing agencies
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and creates solutions under uncertainties
• Excel at a remote project
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
