Email & Sourcing influencers assistant

I'm looking for an assistant to help me with emailing and sourcing influencers. My primary need is for researching influencers, specifically in a certain geographic area. When looking for these influencers, I'm looking for those who have a targeted audience that are interested in reviewing my product or making humour sketches.
