industrial protocol security implementation

I'm looking for a skilled professional to help implement security protocols for industrial protocols in as short a timeframe as possible. Specifically, I am in need of someone with experience in Modbus, Profinet and DNP3 Protocols and securely implementing them with encryption. This project needs to be completed within 2 weeks to ensure the project remains on track.
