Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC programming

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to provide Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC programming services. The complexity of the project is at an intermediate level, and I already have the necessary hardware for testing the program. The programmer should demonstrate expertise in both Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC programming. The successful candidate should be able to effectively and efficiently complete this project on or before the established deadline. Timely and quality work is of utmost importance. My goal is to create an efficient and reliable program that is within my budget.The projects and trouble shooting of existing system is based on Melbourne. The support is for next two months (October and November). Based on the performance the support will be extended in future.
