Pipe-Flo Water Network Validation

Job ID: 40378347

Budget: $150 – $250 USD

I have a simple but critical industrial water system: one centrifugal pump feeds seven separate delivery points through a branched pipe network. The factory installed the network without any modeling in mind.

Your brief is two-fold. First, verify every calculated flow rate and pressure drop from the pump discharge right up to each of the seven use points. Second, once the numbers are solid, help me refine or completely re-design the network if that will improve overall performance or simplify the pipework.

What I need from you
• Flow-rate analysis along every leg, confirming that each outlet meets its target demand.
• Pressure-loss calculations, clearly identifying sections where friction losses or elevation changes are hurting performance.
• A summary of flow rate and pressure available at all seven delivery points, before and (if changes are proposed) after re-design.
• Have a 15-30 minute discussion prior to execution so we can align on what's required and when it can be finished as it is time-sensitive

All calculations, plots, and reports must be generated in Pipe-Flo so I can open the files natively and run “what-ifs” later. If you see a better way to configure the headers, line sizes, or control valves, document the proposed changes and show their impact in a revised model file.

Please outline your experience with Pipe-Flo, typical turnaround time for the first review, and any clarifying questions you need answered before starting.
