Urgent! Compact Keypad Phone

Budget: $20 – $100 NZD

I need a complete concept and production-ready design for a pocket-sized feature phone that uses a physical keypad. The priority is keeping the overall footprint as small as possible without sacrificing day-to-day usability. I’m looking for someone who can guide the project from the early sketch stage all the way through to engineering files that a manufacturer can pick up.

What I expect from you
• Industrial design visuals that clearly communicate dimensions, ergonomics, and the proposed materials
• Mechanical and enclosure CAD files (STEP or compatible) suitable for injection-moulding or CNC prototyping
• A matching PCB layout that supports a basic GSM/LTE module, battery management, loudspeaker, mic, and the chosen tactile keypad matrix
• A brief firmware outline so the hardware team can test calling and texting functions on first power-up
• A concise bill of materials with indicative component lead times

Acceptance criteria
1. The handset must remain comfortably operable with one hand and fit easily into a jeans coin pocket.
2. All keys need reliable tactile feedback; no capacitive surfaces.
3. CAD tolerances and PCB outlines must reference standard 3 D print or CNC capabilities so I can commission a quick prototype the moment I receive your files.
