Industrial design of self-order kiosk
We are working on locally making and assembling a self-order kiosk
We looking for a designer with experience in designing electronic products to design the support and, external case, and the internal mounting brackets by which the kiosk components are held.
We have all the internal components, which are:
• The signage/screen
• The printer
• Mini PC computer
• The cables
• E-payment terminal
• A prototype we designed
Self-order kiosk specs needed:
• Must come in two sizes:
1. Big size to be pinned to the ground through pipes or through a stand designed as an optional accessory
2. Medium size to be put on tables
• Made only from the following materials: steel and acrylic
• Simple design that can be made in mini local workshops using Laser cutting, bending, welding and dyeing machines only.
• Internal components can be assembled manually.
• Refilling paper rolls off the printer easily and quickly without the need to open the whole kiosk.
• Easily opening the kiosk for periodic maintenance.
• The kiosk weight accompanied with the internal components does not exceed 30Kg.
• Agile smart minimalist design with minimum empty spaces.
Notes:
• The designer must deliver ready detailed design schemes to be uploaded to the laser cutting machines.
• The designer must deliver a 3D sketch.
• The designer must precisely define the details and the sizes of used materials.
• The designer must deliver open resources of all designs, sketches, and charts.
• The designer accepts four amendments; 2 of them are on the design and 2 after making the prototype.
• The intellectual property and exclusivity belong to me with mentioning the designer's name on the registration form.
