Almost all of our raw materials — including pan supports, brass burners, pipes, aluminium mixing tubes, and more — are manufactured internally. Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Product Designer who will play a key role in designing, innovating, and improving both our raw material components and the final LPG stove products. The role requires combining industrial design flair with practical manufacturing knowledge to enhance performance, durability, and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
* Redesign and enhance in-house manufactured components (pan support, burners, pipes, mixing tubes) to improve aesthetics, ergonomics, and performance.
* Experiment with metal composition, surface finishes, and material treatments to enhance product durability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
* Develop new and distinctive stove designs that create strong product differentiation and unique selling points (USPs).
* Conduct research on domestic and international stove design trends, technologies, and materials to inspire innovation.
* Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and cost-effective.
* Create concept sketches, 3D models, and design prototypes for evaluation.
* Recommend new features, finishes, or functional improvements that can set our products apart in the market.
* Contribute to product development from concept through to final production approval.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in designing consumer durables or home appliances (experience with gas stoves is a plus).
* Strong understanding of metals, alloys, manufacturing methods, and surface finishing techniques.
* Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
* Creative mindset with the ability to merge functionality and aesthetics.
* Awareness of current trends, materials, and innovations in both domestic and global markets.
