Portable EV Charger Case Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a skilled industrial designer to create a portable electric vehicle (EV) charger plastic case. The primary focus is on portability and compactness, as it will be used in various locations such as apartments, villas, and car parks. The electronic card, screen and RFID system will be mounted in this plastic case. Therefore, it must have a water and dust proof design.We prefer it to be in oval lines to be resistant to impacts.
Key functionalities required:
2.4" Display Screen Placement:The front of the casing should include a cutout and mounting support for a 2.4-inch screen (LCD or similar), ensuring visibility and protection.
Plastic Enclosure: The casing will be made of durable plastic (e.g., ABS or polycarbonate), suitable for indoor or outdoor use depending on the final application.
RFID Module Integration: A dedicated area on the front panel for an RFID reader, with appropriate positioning for user interaction and signal clarity.
Electronic Control Board Housing:The enclosure must securely hold the main PCB (electronic control board) with proper mounting points and internal support structures.
Compact and Minimalist Design:The overall form should be sleek and portable, with a clean aesthetic and ergonomic shape.
Mounting Options (Optional): The design may include wall-mounting holes or surface placement feet, depending on use-case preferences.
