Outdoor EV Charger Cabinet Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
VoltWay seeks an experienced AutoCAD freelancer to create a versatile, scalable sheet-metal cabinet family that supports single-bay (base power module) through multi-bay configurations, reusing the same core components and safety features. The cabinet will house power electronics, protection devices, control modules, and cable management for indoor use with IP- and IK-rated ingress protection.
Scope of Work:
• Develop full-3D AutoCAD models of two cabinet variants—single-bay and multi-bay—based on a standardized frame and panel system.
• Model all sheet-metal panels, structural bracing, door assembly, ventilation cutouts, and cable-entry points.
• Incorporate mounting provisions for DIN-rail assemblies, busbar supports, power contactors, fuses, and control electronics.
• Design front-panel interlocks: emergency-stop cutout, hinge and latch assemblies, and gasket channels.
• Detail integration of one or more fans with filter housings and weatherproof louvers.
• Create internal cable-management trays or ducts and earthing/bonding points.
• Produce exploded-view assembly drawings and a comprehensive bill of materials.
• Supply 2D fabrication drawings with bend-schedules, hole-patterns, and material call-outs.
• Ensure all features facilitate sealed enclosure performance and ease of maintenance.
