Motocross helmet design -- 3
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
- I am looking for a talented designer to create a minimalistic motocross helmet design.
- The design should be clean, sleek, and simple, focusing on minimalistic elements and lines.
- The helmet design should be visually appealing, bold and attention-grabbing, while still maintaining a minimalist aesthetic. Take influences from the sportscar world such as Alpha Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio or Aston Martin Vantage or DBC rather than the alien from Predator (see Airoh Predator helmet).
- The final design should be suitable for motocross (and other off-road) racing, with a focus on protection, performance and functionality. So things like air vents and peak shape need to not only frame the personality of the design but also work well and not cause further harm in a crash situation.
- The ideal designer for this project should have an interest in creating a bold helmet design and be prepared to gain a strong understanding of the motocross industry and its target audience.
- They should also have a portfolio showcasing their previous work relatable to helmet design (e.g. motorsports), demonstrating their ability to create visually striking and functional designs.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within the constraints of a helmet's shape and size are also important skills for this project. That is, generate a design that fits the design brief.
- The designer should be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner. This project is a collaboration with me to ensure that the final design meets my expectations and requirements.
This project won't be a one-way-street project because if the target market dislikes the design, it is a failure. Their feedback will help shape the final result.
