Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to move from ideas to detailed drawings for a new facility that blends a modern warehouse with an open-plan office environment for 30 people. The over-arching look should feel clean, bright and contemporary, but above all it needs to work hard for day-to-day operations.
Core layout priorities
• A highly efficient warehouse floor featuring four loading bays, generous racking space and smooth traffic flow for forklifts and staff.
• An open-plan office area that comfortably seats 30, with adjacent meeting zones, a filing room and a dedicated server room for our IT equipment.
Additional spaces the plan must accommodate
• Staff lockers, lunch room and a fully fitted kitchen
• Separate male/female bathrooms for both warehouse and office teams, plus staff showers
• Small in-house gym and a sick bay
• Secure storeroom for cleaning and gardening supplies
• Outdoor green area for breaks, covered parking for employees and a vehicle washing bay
• A security checkpoint positioned at the site entrance
What I need from you
1. Conceptual site plan showing optimal placement of every area listed above
2. Scaled architectural floor plans (AutoCAD, Revit or similar) with clear circulation paths
3. 3D visualisations or renders that illustrate the modern aesthetic and help stakeholders picture the finished space
4. Basic MEP zoning (just enough to confirm kitchens, bathrooms, server-room cooling and gym ventilation are feasible)
Acceptance criteria
• All functional zones appear at their full required size without bottlenecks.
• Office layout remains fully open-plan with room for 30 standard desks plus collaboration corners.
• Warehouse aisles, loading bays and parking meet typical truck-turning radii and safety clearances.
• Files are delivered in both editable format (DWG/RVT) and PDF for quick review.
