Modern New industrial and logestic and resedential Land Design -- 2

I am seeking a land designer who can expertly translate my vision of a new city on 1.75 Million sqm (1,750,000) land into commercial, residential, logistic and industrial zones and development into a detailed plan. The key aspect of this design will be combining community such as retail spaces and should be based on a modern architectural style, renewable energy and sustainable energy. The land is square with one neighbor and three major 50 meters roads.

Here's what I expect:

- Innovative and modern architectural design for land spaces that stand out while aligning with industry standards and regulations.
- Strategically layout of the spaces to maximize foot traffic, consumer convenience, and overall operational efficiency.
- Show a clear understanding of commercial, industrial , residential and logistics development principles in the design.
-We are speaking about an area of 1,720,000 sqm deducting 35% of it for governmental use and roads then the balance would be about 1,118,000 sqm where i seek to have mini industrial zone, logistic zone, residential zone and gardens.
