Lounge 3 Chair Design – 3D Model + Full Manufacturing Drawings (CNC & Technical)

I am looking for an experienced Furniture Designer / Industrial Designer to create a complete design for a 3 lounge chair based on reference images.

The goal is to produce a fully manufacturable design that can be executed directly in a woodworking and metal workshop without guesswork.

Scope of Work:
High-quality 3D Model
Full Technical Drawings with all dimensions
Exploded View (all parts and assembly)
Cutting List / CNC Nesting Layout
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Detailed design of the metal frame (tubular structure, bending, welding)
Assembly details (joints, screws, connections)

Key Requirements:
Design must closely match the reference images
Accurate tube bending geometry for the metal frame
Specify tube diameter and material thickness
Maintain cushion proportions and curvature
Ensure proper stripe alignment in upholstery
Define seating angles and ergonomics
Design must be 100% production-ready (no interpretation needed by the workshop)

Materials:
Metal: Stainless Steel or high-finish Steel (Chrome / Polished)
Wood/Internal structure: Designer recommendation
Foam: Specify density
Fabric: To be selected later

Deliverables:
3D files (SolidWorks / STEP / SketchUp or similar)
Technical drawings in PDF
CAD/DXF files for CNC cutting
Organized file package ready for manufacturing

Requirements for Freelancer:
Proven experience in furniture manufacturing design
Portfolio showing similar work (CNC / production drawings)
Strong understanding of real-world fabrication (wood & metal)

Important Note:
This is not just a visual design project.
I need a production-ready engineering design suitable for real manufacturing.

Goal:
To manufacture the chair locally with the same quality and design as the reference.
