Inputting Land Lot Dimensions Into Program so I can Measure Distance for Site Plan

I have an irregular shaped piece of land and I need so calculate distances so I can create a site plan to see what size of buildings I can fit on this parcel.
You will be responsible for inputting the lot dimensions of Block 6, Lot 9 into a computer program of your choice. The program must be able to measure distances from one point to another. I will also be adding buildings to the design so it must have this functionality as well.
