According to IEC 60704, the noise level of the vibrator we want should be under 40 dbs;
Portfolios involve the use of eccentric gears are not allowed, please think about other ways to design this vibrator;
Since the design will be applied to vibrators(sex toys), the motor and the drive circuit should be as small as possible.
