Industrial Hardline Liquid Cooling Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m finishing two custom PCs and want a show-piece hardline liquid-cooling loop for each. All core hardware is on hand—including a pair of limited-edition golden ASUS graphics cards—so the job focuses on refining my existing concept, bending and routing the rigid tubing, and carrying out a flawless installation.
Scope
• Touch up my rough sketch into a solid plan that fits an industrial, rugged look.
• Hard-pipe the CPU loop in each case, selecting clean runs, tight bends, and secure fittings.
• Mount, fill, bleed, and 24-hour leak-test the loop so it’s ready for use.
• Keep meticulous part tracking; serials for the GPUs will be verified and logged before and after work.
I supply the cases, blocks, pumps, rads, coolant, and the golden GPUs. Bring your own tools, heat gun, bending kit, and any additional fittings you recommend—just let me know in advance so I can approve the list.
Acceptance
A finished, bubble-free loop that holds pressure overnight, stays within thermal spec under load, and matches the gritty industrial style we discuss in the final design review.
