MASTER DESIGN BRIEF: VentoFresh V1 (Shield Edition)
Project Title: Professional Industrial Design: Magnetic Scent Diffuser for Gym Lockers
1. Branding & Logo (Shield Edition)
• The "V" Shield: Please integrate the provided "V Shield" logo onto the device. This must be debossed (recessed) 0.5mm into the material for a premium, permanent look.
• Placement: The logo should be centered on the side rim, and the "VentoFresh" text should follow the curve of the puck, as shown in the provided reference photo.
2. Form Factor & Dimensions
• Device Shape: Minimalist circular "puck."
• Outer Diameter: 60mm.
• Total Thickness: 12mm.
• Internal Pad Cavity: Designed to hold a 52mm diameter x 3.5mm thick felt pad.
• Airflow Detail: Please add 0.5mm internal "standoff ribs" inside the cavity to ensure airflow behind the pad.
3. Two-Piece Magnetic Closure (Internal)
• Mechanism: The "Lid" (front grill) snaps onto the "Base" using four magnets.
• Magnet Pockets: Include four 5.2mm x 2.2mm recessed pockets in both the lid and base, spaced at 90-degree intervals.
• UX: Include a subtle fingernail notch on the side rim to allow the user to pry the magnetic lid open easily.
4. Airflow & Aesthetics (Front View)
• The Grill: Use a high-end hexagonal honeycomb mesh pattern.
• Visual Style: High-tech, matte black finish (anodized aluminum style).
5. Dual-Mounting System (Rear View)
• Metal Locker Mount: A central recessed 20.2mm x 3.2mm hole on the back of the base for a large N52 mounting magnet.
• The Universal Hook: Integrated 3mm reinforced eyelet (loop) at the 12 o’clock position for a swivel spring clip (to hang in wooden lockers).
