I have a patent pending for an easy to clean outdoor garbage can with easy to clean and train capability. This design job entails modifying a current, standard garbage can design to include a very simple to open and close drain. I do have not yet found the drain type, but it will be something a very simple configuration. A sample picture of the garbage can is attached.
