High-Speed Processor Redesign for Natural Fiber
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
I'm seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to improve the design of a high-speed processor used for natural fiber products, specifically logs. The redesign needs to target a sub-assembly that handles the 'chewing' of the unusable part of the log.
Key Goals:
- The redesigned sub-assembly should be capable of removing and redirecting the slab before it is processed, enhancing the efficiency of waste management.
- The redesign must have no or least impact on the machine's existing capacity and speed (600' per min).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Previous work with high-speed processors or similar machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills to enhance efficiency without compromising speed or capacity.
A detailed description will be furnished upon presentation of your qualifications. Candidates selected shall be available to commence working REMOTELY at once. Generous pay for the right candidate.
