We need to setup a production facility for Nicotine pouch manufacturing comprising of
Warehouse - mixing and blending room, laboratory incl. cleanroom, production divided into two sections. First section VFFS machines in line, second section (Dividing wall with hatch between two sections), labelling and shrinkwrapping of product, carton erector pick n place palletizing. Last section, Logistics
The production line has a length of not less than 31m, Straightline but can be made larger in width by adding some more VFFS. Width around 4m straight line but could also be L-Shaped do width may differ. Room hight not less than 5 but not higher than 6. consider 2-4 lines running parallel when needed. So this is to be considered. Labor/operators two to 5 per line depending of level of automation.
Would need A/C, high capacity air filtration, wastwater outlet to basement tanks or to be pumped out into trailer tanks. Office space accordingly.
