Floating Swimming cage for marathon swimming

I am looking for an engineer to design a floating cage to swim long distances in the sea, while protected fron sea predators and large jellyfish. The cage is inspired in the one from the following link

Considerations:
- can be built on pneumatic boats like the one in the picture as the baese.
- length should be of 7 meters long and 3 mtrs. Wide to allow for 2 pairs of swimmers in the front abd 2 in the back
- The cage shoudl hang below the pneumatic boat
- Cage could be chains, metal or carbon fiber, whatever protects from predators but does not create too much draft
- boat should be possible to be disassembled and assembled and shipped internationally. So it should be possible to break it into pieces thata fit in 2x4 meter pallet
- a solution should be conceived to have it towed by boat in the front or pushed by a motor in the back

I am looking for someone that designs and then manufactures de boat.
