Dual-Coil MTL Vaporizer Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m developing a mouth-to-lung vaporizer that runs two separate coils and tanks so users can switch flavours on the fly. The overall look must stay sleek and modern—think pocketable, minimal lines, no excess bulk—while still leaving room for the dual-flavour system.
Core requirements
• Customizable temperature settings: board and firmware should let the user fine-tune each coil independently.
• Bluetooth connectivity: a simple companion app (iOS/Android) for temperature presets, puff counter and basic diagnostics.
• Materials: an aluminium chassis for strength without weight, a ceramic air path, and ceramic heating coils to keep flavour pure and cleaning easy.
What I need from you
1. Industrial design concepts showing the exterior silhouette, tank/coil layout and airflow path.
2. Detailed CAD files suitable for CNC/3-D printing and eventual tooling.
3. Basic electronics architecture (PCB layout, battery spec and safety circuitry) that supports dual-coil control plus Bluetooth.
4. Exploded views and assembly instructions that a manufacturer can follow.
I’ll review initial sketches first, give feedback, then move on to high-fidelity renders and production-ready files. Proven experience in vaporizer or small consumer electronics design is a big plus, especially if you’ve worked with ceramic coils or Bluetooth-enabled temperature control before.
