Crushing Plant Design Specialist
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I’m looking for an industrial design engineer who has already laid out complete Crushing, Screening and Washing plants for mining or quarry sites. The goal is a practical, production-ready plant design delivered by someone who knows the field inside out.
Scope
• Develop a process flow that combines all main crushing methods—jaw, cone and impact—in a coherent circuit.
• Integrate Crushers, Screens and Washers, sizing each machine to suit typical hard-rock, mineral and Sand tonnages.
• Produce a detailed site layout with equipment placement, maintenance access and material flow arrows.
• List recommended models, motor sizes and ancillary items (hoppers, conveyors, water supply points).
• Provide CAD drawings (DWG or STEP) plus a short design brief explaining key decisions.
I work in the AUD 15–25/hr range, so please keep the package efficient—no gold-plated extras, just solid engineering know-how that will let me move straight to procurement and civil works.
Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks or similar tools is a must, and familiarity with mining standards will be highly valued. If you’ve taken a plant from concept through commissioning before, I’d like to see those references when you bid.
