Botle of water with double openingd

Hi there, I will need, a metalic bottle with double opening, the first like everyone knows on top and the newone down of bottle, the base of bottle. Using for infused. In the middle of bottle something like filter, not a really filter but only for impede at the staff (lemon, cucumber etc) go up. The base I don't know if it good bolted like on top or other. sistem.
