Looking for Latvia-based Assistant (EPS/ELS Support – Urgent)

Description:
We are urgently looking for a Latvia-based freelancer to support us with government e-procurement systems (EPS/ELS). We are a Japanese company participating in an official tender related to Expo 2025 Osaka, and due to technical issues (account lock, two-factor authentication failure), we need immediate support.
Tasks may include:
Assisting with EPS/ELS login and submission
Communicating with Latvian support desks (e.g. VDAA)
Possibly receiving and using a Latvian e-signature (if eligible)
Translation or local system navigation
Acting as a local contact point if required
Requirements:
Must be located in Latvia
Fluent in Latvian and English
Reliable and able to act quickly (within the next 6hours)
Experience with government systems (EPS/ELS) is a big plus
Good communication and confidentiality
Optional but helpful:
Knowledge of digital signature (eParaksts or Smart-ID)
Understanding of EU public procurement process
