Indonesian Online Support Assistant

Job ID: 40089689

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m looking for someone fluent in Bahasa Indonesia who can keep my small day-to-day workload running smoothly. The first priority is general online assistance: whenever something simple but time-consuming pops up—checking a link, finding a quick fact, uploading a file—I want to hand it off to you and trust it will be handled quickly and accurately.

Email is where I lose the most time. I need my inbox sorted and clearly labeled so I can see what matters at a glance. You’ll create or refine Gmail labels (or a comparable system) and file every incoming message into the right spot, archiving or flagging as needed. Drafting replies is not required right now; the focus is on clean categorization and zero clutter.

I also keep scattered meeting notes in Google Docs. Your job is to consolidate those notes into one logical, date-stamped document so action items are easy to track. Think tidy headings, bullet points for tasks, and links back to any referenced files in Drive.

Deliverables I’ll review each week:
• A screenshot or brief Loom video showing the newly organized inbox structure
• A single Google Doc (or Sheets, if you prefer) containing that week’s summarized meeting notes, formatted consistently
• A short status update outlining any quick wins or roadblocks

Consistency and clear communication are more important than speed. If you’re comfortable with Gmail, Google Workspace, and chatting in Indonesian, I’d love to work together.
