Indonesian Email Collection Project

We are hiring remote contributors for an ongoing email data collection project focused on authentic Indonesian-language business emails. The project involves collecting and submitting genuine .eml email files that meet specific quality, formatting, and anonymization requirements.
This is a flexible remote opportunity suitable for individuals who can carefully follow instructions, maintain data quality standards, and provide naturally occurring email samples in the required language.
Contributors who consistently provide high-quality submissions may receive long-term and recurring work opportunities.

Language Requirement (Important)
We are specifically looking for:
Native Indonesian-language emails only
Please Note:

Emails must be originally written in Indonesian
English emails are not accepted
Translated content is not accepted
AI-generated or artificially created emails are strictly prohibited
The email body, subject line, and content should naturally appear in Indonesian as used in real business communication


Task Overview
Contributors will be required to:

Submit authentic business-related emails in .eml format
Ensure emails are complete, meaningful, and naturally occurring
Follow all formatting and anonymization guidelines before submission
Properly redact all sensitive information prior to upload
Submit only high-quality and non-duplicate files

Submission Guidelines
Content Requirements

Only genuine and naturally occurring emails should be submitted
Emails must be in Indonesian and should appear naturally written by businesses or platforms
No forwarded or replied emails (Re: / Fwd:)
No duplicate, repetitive, empty, or low-quality submissions
Subject lines must be complete and meaningful
Emails should contain sufficient readable content and proper formatting

Privacy & Redaction Requirements
To ensure compliance with privacy and data-sharing standards:

Contributors must fully redact/anonymize all sensitive information before submission
Remove all personally identifiable information (PII)
Remove authentication details, account numbers, headers, routing information, tracking data, addresses, phone numbers, and any other confidential information
We will share detailed redaction guidelines before any submission
Only fully redacted and compliant files should be uploaded or shared
