I need an instructional designer

I am currently working on training material for data professionals which would run over 3 sessions: the ambition is for each session to fall within 1.5hr- 2hrs. The course covers power skills for data professionals which focuses on non technical skills to help develop people who work in data.

I have most of the content but am struggling as I haven’t designed a course before.

I am looking for someone experienced in designing course and training workshops who can help me complete this project.
