I need a designer for Adobe InDesign certificate
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need to build a certificate in Adobe InDesign. Want a template that can be modified with new names and other information. Will need English and Hebrew lettering. Have attached a sample of what we need. The old Adobe program was discontinued without notice and we are unable to edit the PDF file we have without great difficulty.
