kdp cover rejected

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my KDP cover that has been rejected due to incorrect dimensions. I have the specifications and guidelines provided by KDP for the cover, so I can provide them to the freelancer. However, I am not open to making changes to the design of the cover and want to keep it as it is.
