indesign template

I am looking for a flyer template designed in Adobe InDesign. This would be a 'line card' to demonstrate the various manufacturers our company represents. I need a template that includes a logo and short description of each manufacturer. I have attached an example of a card from one of our competitors. The template needs to allow us to place the image in the document and text.
