ePub De-bugging for Fixed-Format Book

I am in need of a proficient ePub developer who can help me with my 376-page fixed-format book. The book was originally created in InDesign and contains text, images, and some elements in foreign languages including Spanish and Arabic.

When I tried to convert the book into an ePub format, the platform D2D rejected it, claiming it wasn't a "valid" ePub. The issues mentioned were HTML errors, issues with the inclusion of foreign words, and a supposedly "empty" table of contents, though it appears functional to me.

I am looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in ePub development and debugging
- Experience working with InDesign files
- Understanding of HTML-related issues in ePub files
- Knowledge of or experience with foreign languages, specifically Spanish and Arabic, is a plus.

I do have the original InDesign file for the book and can provide the report from D2D illustrating the noted issues. This assistance will be invaluable in helping to get my book into a suitable and functional ePub format.
