custom fillable stamp

I am looking to have a custom, fillable stamp created to be used in adobe acrobat pro for business use. It needs to have a large size (more than 2 inches) and be capable of having custom text in the fillable fields. I will be using this stamp for business purposes, so it needs to be professional in appearance and accurate when imprinted. I expect this to be of the highest quality, and need it as soon as possible. Please let me know if you can create this and how much it would cost. Thank you!
