convert menu from indesign to word

We require a freelancer to take our custom-designed menu that was created for our client in Adobe Indesign, and convert the file to a Microsoft Word Doc as well as a Google Doc. There are two menus, a) food, b) beverage. It needs to be correctly formatted so it replicates our design exactly, and editable so that our client can alter it in-house.
