Work for designing

I am looking for a talented designer to work on a logo design for me. For this gig, I will need the designer to be proficient in InDesign software as that's the software I plan to use for this project. Although I don't have exact designs for the logo, I do have a general idea of what I'm looking for. So, I'm hoping to find someone with a creative eye to help me execute my idea.
