Word expert needed to create template for product data sheet

I have attached a *.pdf file with our current product data sheet. This was created with InDesign, which turned out to be an "overkill", as nobody in our company is able to use this software. Thats why we are looking for someone who is able to create this datasheet in Word as a template, so our employes are able to add different data for different products. So it must be easy to use and implement new data (we got around 10 different products in our product range (all bags). There should be elements which will be always the same.

Design should be close to the pdf attached. Not necessarily 100% the same.
