Word File to Newsletter Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have all of the copy sitting in a single Word document and need it transformed into a polished, brand-consistent newsletter that I can send out every month. The end result should look like a real publication, with clear section breaks, visually balanced columns, styled headings, and space for images or pull quotes where they make sense.
Please keep the layout fully editable in Word so I can swap content for future monthly editions, and also send me a press-quality PDF for easy distribution. I’d like you to:
• apply a cohesive colour palette and font pairings that fit a professional tone
• build reusable paragraph, headline, and caption styles
• add a front-page masthead, page numbers, header/footer details, and any small design flourishes that elevate the feel without clutter
The file has about a handful of pages’ worth of material right now; once formatted it will likely sit at 4–6 pages. A short revision loop is fine—one round of edits after the first draft should cover it.
If you have experience laying out newsletters in Microsoft Word (or InDesign before exporting back to Word), that’s a plus. Let me know your turnaround time and include a sample if you have one.
