Vintage Music Licensing Flyers

Job ID: 39938368

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

My independent music-licensing agency is preparing a direct-mail push aimed at film, TV and advertising supervisors, and a vintage, classic-style flyer will be the first touchpoint they see. The piece has to feel timeless—think warm textures, rich typography and a hint of retro record-label charm—while still communicating professionalism.

Content to weave into the layout
• A concise company background: who we are, the genres we represent and a quick credibility booster (years in business, catalogue size).
• A clear “services offered” section covering blanket licenses, bespoke composition, and rapid clearance support.
No testimonials for now; the copy will focus on heritage and capabilities.

Creative notes
• Visual vibe: 1950s–1970s record adverts—muted palette, tasteful grain, perhaps subtle halftone patterns.
• Format: one-sided flyer suitable for both email attachment (RGB) and high-resolution print (CMYK, US Letter or A5).
• Fonts must be commercially licensed or free for business use.

Deliverables
– Print-ready PDF + bleed marks
– Web-optimised PDF or PNG
– Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or layered PSD)

I’ll supply the brand logo, colour references and draft copy upon project start and will be available for quick feedback rounds so we can lock layout and colour in two iterations or fewer.
