Update Old Word Files to Adobe InDesign Files

Align Builders is a Southern California based general contractor delivering solutions in the technical and demanding markets of Healthcare, Life Sciences, Higher Education and Corporate construction. We are currently going through a rebrand which is set to launch by the end of the year. We need to convert all of our old Word documents to newly branded InDesign files for use in our prequalification bids and RFI/RFP's.
There are about 115 documents that need to be converted. We'd like to complete the Project in phases; Resumes (38), Project Profile sheets (54), and Marketing Docs + General templates (21). The InDesign templates have been completed by our marketing firm, so the old files just need to be dropped into the appropriate InDesign file. Ideally, we'd like to have the entire project completed by mid-December.
