USPS EDDM Postcard Design Needed
Budget: $10 – $20 USD
I need a seasoned graphic designer to craft a full-color, two-sided postcard (6.25″ × 9″) that will sail through USPS Every Door Direct Mail approval and pass my printer’s pre-flight check without revisions. The piece promotes a financial education program for parents of middle- and high-school students, so the copy and visuals must feel modern and sleek—think clean lines, confident typography, and smart use of negative space, all while remaining family-friendly.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Laying out both front and back to exact USPS EDDM specifications, including indicia, address block, and safe zones.
• Supplying a press-ready PDF plus layered source files (InDesign or Illustrator preferred).
• Ensuring color profiles (CMYK, 300 dpi) match standard offset printing requirements.
• Delivering on time so I can submit files to the print shop and USPS without delay.
Acceptance criteria: the printer must confirm the file is “ready to run,” and USPS should accept the proof without any adjustments.
When you reply, include a ballpark quote and 2–3 examples of EDDM-compliant postcards you’ve produced. References to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop workflows are welcome, as they help me gauge fit.
Looking forward to seeing how you can bring a polished, professional edge to this project.
