URGENT: Indesign Page Layout for Academic Book

We are seeking an InDesign expert to import our PHYSICS book in Adobe InDesign and design the page layout creatively to make the book appear fun and engaging. A total of eight to ten chapters make up the book, and it has about 300 pages, however we expect all chapters to follow a similar layout.
The first chapter is attached. There are notes, questions, etc., and we would like a designer to assist us in professionally designing the book.
