Typesetting and formatting for menu layout

Looking for a typesetter to have on a retainer project for 1 to 3 months.
We have 4 venues/brands with existing menu templates for each. We require updates and layouts weekly for day-to-day food & beverage menus as well as for special events. On average we would require not more than 25 pages per venue each month.
