Troubleshoot InDesign file

I bought a book template and am now struggling to remove pages at the beginning of the book. I'd like to send you the first few pages of my project, indicating the pages I want deleted. I would like to receive from you a video showing me how to delete them without impacting later pages, so I can correct the problem and know how to do it myself going forward.
