Transform and adjust a Photshop File to a Indesign File

I've a photoshop design of a catalog. I need to transform in a Indesign file.
I need creation of page template, table template with the same design as the photoshop file.
I need a clean Indesign file with easy modification of text and picture.
You can see the final edsign ,there's some adjsutement and minor modification to make.
The Catalog has 28 pages with about 24 pages of product with close design (page 6_7_17_18)
