Transform Series into Interactive EPUB

I’m ready to turn my five-part series into a single, professionally formatted EPUB for the general public. Each chapter ends with worksheets, and I need those worksheets available in two convenient ways: interactive fillable forms for on-screen completion and printer-friendly versions for anyone who prefers paper.

The manuscript itself is drafted—I now need your help to:
• Flow and style the content so it reads smoothly from Part 1 through Part 5, with clean navigation, consistent typography, and EPUB-3 validation.
• Design both fillable and printable forms for every worksheet, making sure the interactive fields work flawlessly in common readers and PDF viewers.
• Craft a concise, engaging “About Me” section from my notes that feels authentic and sets the right tone for new readers.

Deliverables:
• A polished, upload-ready EPUB file.
